ORDER ISSUES

 

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you’ve placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add hello@risted.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us with your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.

Can I change the address on my order?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or modify your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated shipping date (view shipping info), please try the following:

– Check if an attempted delivery card has been left for you, as your order might be waiting at a local post office / shipping depot.
– Ask your neighbours if they’ve accepted your order for you.
– Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your package.

If you still can’t find your order, please contact us.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

All payments on our site are made using safe and secure checkout via PayPal. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud. For more information visit paypal.com.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this site?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site. Payments can still be made using all major credit/ debit cards via PayPal.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

All prices on risted.com are in U.S. Dollars only. For orders made outside the U.S., PayPal handles the currency conversion for you which means you can pay in any currency supported. For more information visit paypal.com.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, we do. You can purchase them here. Please note that all Risted Gift Cards are virtual, and no physical card or gift card will be mailed.

How long after I purchase the gift card will it expire?

Never. Our gift cards do not have an expiration date or additional processing fees.

How do I use my gift card?

Simply enter your code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces into the ‘Have a gift card? Click here to enter your code’ box at either the cart or checkout page and hit ‘Apply gift card’. If the code is valid your discount will be applied.

How do I check the remaining balance of my gift card?

To check your remaining balance as a registered customer, simply navigate to your account dashboard and click ‘orders’. Here you can see the code associated to the gift card and the remaining balance.
If you are not a registered customer please contact us and provide the code associated to the gift card and we will send you an email with your remaining balance.
In order to display the gift card in the account dashboard, customers must have made at least one purchase with the gift card code.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times are as follows:

USA: 5 – 28 days
Europe: 3 – 14 days
Rest of the world: 7 – 28 days

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped via a Standard Service. Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by local postal service so the order will be received with your regular mail.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders big or small with no hidden fees at checkout.

Which international countries do you ship to?

Please note: Orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

I didn’t receive a tracking number?

At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers for any orders placed on our site. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we deliver to all PO Box addresses.

Will I be charged customs and import fees?

Orders may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in your country before ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

What is your Return Policy?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
To return an item or for more information, please visit returns.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us and provide the proof of mailing information.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels unless the item suffers from a manufacturing defect. “Defects” are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Returns must be made at your own cost using a standard trackable service.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

What are Risted bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are made of 70% lightweight woven polyester fabric and 30% premium elastic material.

How do I know if they will fit me?

All our bracelets are one size fits most, meaning they will stretch to fit just about everyone. The actual dimensions of our bracelets are as follows:

Length: 7.5 inches (190mm – 195mm)
Width: 1 inch (25mm)

Do your bracelets contain latex?

Yes. Latex is an organic rubber that is used in our bracelets to maintain the durability and stretch. The latex is not visible, each strand of latex is encased in polyester but you may experience discomfort if you are allergic to latex.

I ordered several bracelets, why are some bigger than others?

Due to the nature of elastic and the unique handmade process we use some bracelets may vary slightly in size. After just a few uses the elastic will eventually stretch to fit your wrist.

How should I care for my bracelet? Will they shrink or distort?

Our bracelets will never shrink or distort as long as you follow our wash guide and care tips.
To keep your bracelets looking their very best for as long as possible, please visit wash & care.

Will the print fade?

All our bracelets are printed using special eco-friendly inks. Using heat sensitive paper and several runs through high heat and pressure, the ink becomes a permanent detail of the fabric. The result is a highly detailed print on a bracelet that is weather and fade resistant.

Can I get them wet?

Our bracelets can be used in water but excessive use may result in a slight distortion of the bracelet.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Due to the low quantities of each product we carry we are not able to provide wholesale or bulk pricing at this time.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

All our bracelets are limited edition. We only make 200 bracelets per design and once they sell out they will never be re-printed.

Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping or check out as a Guest.
Our registration process is simple, fast and will allow you to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

How do I register?

Why should I become a registered user?

You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you make an order. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address in your account, unless you direct us otherwise.

You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again.

Please note: Placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Simply click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link next to the login button and follow the instructions. Please contact us if you continue to experience problems.

How do I change my account information/email address?

As soon as you sign in to your account with your email address and password, it will direct you to your account dashboard to update/edit your account information. Alternatively, click on the ‘My account’ icon at the top right of the page.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Just click the ‘Unsubscribe’ found in the email newsletter or visit the Newsletter dashboard here.
