RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Risted purchase. If for whatever reason you are unhappy, please fill out the form on the right or email us to let us know.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn and unwashed
Returns must be made at your own cost using a standard trackable service

Any product suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. “Defects” are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Risted will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARDS

Refunds can only be made to the exact Gift Card used for the original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card (code) after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.
